Jaime Rapaport Barry is the Founder + Principal of JRB Group, and has provided strategic guidance to organizations like One Degree, the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, Institute for Sustainable Communities, Helen Diller Institute for Jewish Law and Israel Studies, and the Social Innovation and Change Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Public Leadership.
A trained mediator and facilitator across difference, Jaime brings a spirit of optimism and nuance to strategic decision-making. Jaime received training in mediation and negotiation from Harvard, navigating polarities through Andiron, and facilitating courageous political conversations with Resetting the Table. She currently serves as a coach with Resetting the Table, supporting everyone from Hollywood directors to faith leaders of multiple traditions. Jaime also co-launched NewGround: A Muslim-Jewish Partnership for Change, a nationally renowned fellowship program introduced by the Los Angeles Mayor and featured on American Public Media.
